Wisconsin to Plant 100 Million Trees by 2030

GSGP applauds Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers for expanding the state's tree planting goal to 100 million by 2030. The Governor's leadership has been a driving force behind the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Trees Initiative. Since 2021, more than 32 million trees have been planted in Wisconsin, including more than 9.8 million trees in 2023 alone!
